Return and Refund Policy


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made through Be Phitt are final and non-refundable. Once a workout program, training plan, or downloadable resource has been delivered—whether by email, download link, or user account access—it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.


Exceptions – Technical Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital product due to a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a redelivery.

Eligibility for Store Credit (Case-by-Case Basis)

While refunds are not standard, we want every client to feel supported. If you feel your purchase was made in error or there’s a unique issue, please reach out. Store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed.

We cannot guarantee eligibility, but we’ll do our best to make it right.


Unauthorized Sharing or Use

All digital products sold by Be Phitt are for individual use only. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
