Hi, I’m Brandon — the founder of Be Phitt, LLC. I’m a certified personal trainer with over 15 years of lifting experience, and since 2019, I’ve been helping people transform their bodies and mindsets through strength-based fitness coaching.
Over the years, I’ve watched social media flood the fitness space with conflicting advice, gimmicks, and unrealistic expectations — creating more confusion than confidence. I started Be Phitt to cut through the noise and bring people back to the basics: effective, sustainable training that builds real strength and lasting results.
My approach is rooted in education and structure. I believe in empowering you with the tools, guidance, and accountability you need to stay consistent, get strong, and feel confident in your own skin — all without the overwhelm.
